- Obtained necessary clearances from the respective departments for a client M/s. I.G.International which is running cold storages units in Chennai outskirt in Sriperumpudhur. For this obtained approval for its existing building and for its operation. Also, Land conversion process is going on for the rest of the area which belongs to the company.
- In 2015, involved in clearing legal, other revenue department issues for M/s Sabari Inn Pvt Ltd for their property which was bought from M/s Anubhav Groups in the year 2004 (through Official Liquidator) located at Chinna Kanal Village, Munnar-Kerala in order to sell the property in a notable profit.
- Year 2013 & 2014 had acquired land in Rasingapuram village, Theni district. for a client – M/s. Expat Projects and Developments (p) Ltd,. Later developed the land and obtained necessary clearances from respective Govt departments. [Near to Nutrino Project (Govt Funded proposed project)].
